The new line features automated cell sorting, laser welding, and end-of-line testing stations with 100% traceability. Every battery pack now undergoes automated capacity grading and insulation resistance testing before shipment.
Lead times for high-voltage stackable battery systems are expected to shorten from 20 to 12 working days as the new line ramps up through the fourth quarter.
