1. Who we are
Solhon (““we”, ““us””) operates this website to present its energy storage products and to receive project enquiries. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and how we use it. Contact: sales@solhon.com.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry data. When you submit the enquiry form we receive name, email address, country / region, phone or WhatsApp number, the product you select, and the message content. These fields are marked in the form; only your name and email address are required.
- Technical data. Your IP address is recorded with each enquiry, solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled on this site, we collect aggregated page views, referrer and device information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell usage data.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations, system schemes and shipping proposals.
- To keep a record of the commercial relationship with you.
- To protect the form from automated spam submissions.
- We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our sales and engineering team. We share data with hosting and email providers only to the extent needed to operate this website. We do not sell personal data. If you ask us to arrange freight or customs documentation, the relevant details are shared with the logistics provider for that shipment only.
5. Transfers outside your region
Our team is based in China. Where you are located in the EEA, UK or another region with transfer rules, we rely on the standard contractual clauses and on the fact that the data is provided by you for the purpose of responding to your own request.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a customer, order-related correspondence is kept for the period required by applicable commercial and tax rules.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to further processing, at any time. Email us with the address you used in the form and we will action the request within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This website uses the minimum cookies required for the enquiry form to work (session security). Analytics cookies are only set when analytics is enabled, and they are not used to identify individual visitors.
9. Security
Data is stored on a managed server with access limited to staff accounts, transported over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored with restricted visibility in our content management system.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we update this page and revise the date below.
