Terms of Service
Draft text for review — confirm jurisdiction and warranty terms before publication.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and the information we publish about our products. Placing an enquiry through the form does not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only once we issue, and you accept, a written quotation or purchase contract that references the confirmed system configuration.
2. Product information
Specifications, capacities, cycle-life figures and performance values on this website and in our catalogues are indicative. The delivered configuration is the one confirmed in the signed quotation, matched to your grid code, target market access requirements and site conditions. Specifications may change without prior notice as suppliers revise their product lines.
3. Certification and market access
Grid-connection and safety certification requirements differ by country. You are responsible for identifying the certifications required in your market; we advise which of our products hold them and supply the compliance documentation agreed in the quotation.
4. Pricing, MOQ and lead time
Prices shown anywhere on this site, if any, are for reference only and exclude taxes, freight, duties and installation. Minimum order quantities and lead times are stated per product in the enquiry reply.
5. Delivery and risk
Unless the contract states otherwise, delivery terms follow the Incoterms named in the quotation. Title and risk pass in accordance with those Incoterms.
6. Warranty
Warranty is granted per product in the written quotation and is limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from installation error, operation outside the stated environmental limits, unauthorised modification, or grid conditions outside specification. Warranty period and cycle-life commitment are stated on the product documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost production or downtime.
8. Use of the website
You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent our product content. The form must not be used to submit unlawful content or to attempt automated bulk submission.
